  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unplanted, with tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Should be intact when possible

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Rare Bulbs (once shipped, their viability cannot be guaranteed)
  • Live plants that have been planted or had their packaging opened
  • Sale or special promotion items
