We carefully prepare each order with the utmost attention to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unplanted, with tags attached
- Original Packaging: Should be intact when possible
- Proof of Purchase: Required (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Rare Bulbs (once shipped, their viability cannot be guaranteed)
- Live plants that have been planted or had their packaging opened
- Sale or special promotion items

Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

International Returns
For our valued international customers:
- You are responsible for international return shipping costs
